I don't wanna risk jinxing him so team name will have to suffice: Texas Tech

Best Bruin right now by far.

If he continues the way he is playing. He isn't going to be a sleeper. He should be top 15

jordan adams needs to continue to improve on his body. he's not a great athlete, but he'd be a slightly better one if he lost the baby fat. skilled player, but im not crazy about his physical dimensions or athleticism.

He is fat and has a high body fat. But still has a good frame and wingspan. He is going to have a high body fat and appears to have never been in a gym in his life. He lost weight but still needs to slim down more. In all honesty, the only reason why he was not a top 10 recruit was because of the weight. The guy is like a 96% ft shooter.

tj warren is a better pro prospect than cj leslie. warren already has translatable offensive skill and a pro position. i can't say the same for the overrated leslie.

Otto Porter had himself quite a game yesterday.

Looked like Shawn Marion out there.

If he can stay around the 35-40% from behind the 3pt line this kid can be a top 10 pick.

i think he's smarter and not as quick as young marion, otherwise i can see it. sprinkle in some ak47 and you got like the ultimate role player. i think he's top 10 already. i'd take him over mcadoo because porter actually looks like he can play SF. porter's size at the 3 > mcadoo's size at the 4.

I'd definitely say he's a lottery pick right now due to the quality of this draft.

Porter definitely showed up big against Indiana. He seemed to do a little bit of everything in the game. Fischella is right, he does remind me of a Nic Batum and even Battier.

Doesn't look like Otto will be a sleeper come June. I think this draft will be better than people are expecting.

He doesn't have the handle or the shooting, I don't see it besides the size/build.

I don't know if I'd call him a "sleeper", but I think Le'Bryan Nash could end up getting drafted really high this year. His statline so far this year is pretty beastly with 19.0 pts, 6.8 rebs, 2.3 asts on .64 TS% and the Cowboys are 4-0 included a win over #6 ranked NC State. With his physical talents if productive he was always going to be extremely lottery friendly

I didn't like his game much last year and people still had him going in the teens coming into this season. Hes been a lot better this season, mainly because he is operating from inside the arc and taking advantage of his strength. He can do a lot of different things once he gets the ball within 15 feet and has become a good passer as well.

the question still remains how he can play on the perimeter. but hes a first round pick at this point.

both his handle and shooting is good. he was great shooting the mid-range jumper last year. so good that i dont think his hot start from 3-pt range is a fluke. he will be a very reliable shooter in the NBA

and that is key for him - he can stuff the stat sheet and help out in so many ways, but he needed a reliable way to score. now i believe in his jumper. it isnt pretty, but it looks good going through the hoop.

hes a top 10 pick. hes a super role player though, so i cant see him rising into the top 5 easily

Is he Rudy Gay? (though I feel like Gay is quickly entering the "Marion/Terry zone" where at least prospect a year is compared to him)

much better understanding of the game and passer than Gay, while Gay is a better athlete. based on these comparisons, I think Porter's athleticism may be the one thing getting overrated here. he is slow for a SF and not exceptionally explosive. his length and smarts make up for it defensively, but hes not near a Gay type athlete.

i dont like to throw out comparisons especially for a unique guy like Porter, but he has some skinny Diaw to him ala 2006. will have a much better career of course
