Game #9: Timberwolves vs. Warriors (7:00 pm, FSN)

Post#1 » by Klomp » Fri Nov 16, 2012 7:32 pm

The Wolves announced this morning that Nikola Pekovic (ankle), Brandon Roy (knee) and JJ Barea all will sit out tonight’s contest, meaning at most Minnesota will again have nine players available.

Ugh. I was hoping at least one of them was able to return but it makes sense considering the break after this game.

Not sure how I feel about this game. I could see us winning rather easily but also losing in a blowout rather easily.

I'm a season ticket holder and I won't be able to make it to tonight's game. Is there anyone in the TC area who wants my tickets? No charge. I just need to make sure that they get used so I have perfect attendance. I have two tickets. Not great seats, but they're decent.

First come, first served. All I need is an email address and I think you might need to have a Ticketmaster account linked to said address.

Also, if you have a game-day ticket, you can take the bus and light rail for free. It's pretty cool. Let me know!

Define the TC area... does that include Northern Norway? :D

Basti, if you want them, they're yours. If you can make it to Minneapolis in 4 and half hours, I'll drive you to the Target Center myself.

Darn :( lol

We need this game. Coming into the season these two games should've been wins. Now...

Hopefully we can squeak out a win and go into our mini-break and get healthy.

Thanks Gunny,
I got the tickets printed out looking forwawrd to the game. I share season tickets with other people at my work and just found out today a pair went unused for the Magic so there goes my perfect season.

This game has an ugly feel to it.......a 108-80 kind of feel to it.

We're playing on little more than guts and effort right now and at some point teams with the type of talent void we have get clobbered.

I pray I'm wrong, but we're due to take a start to finish pounding.

I'm going to take a little nap, let me know when next week gets here.

Theyre almost as bad as us offensively.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

I'm surprised they let Conroy go before Barea was back. I guess Shved will be playing point tonight.

I think they're more worried about keeping Kirilenko healthy.

And yes, I'd expect Shved or Lee to get backup point minutes.

I am not confident about this game.

Our guys have got to be getting tired. Injuries are just killing us at the moment.
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."
