Quick article ripping a former Magic player.

http://tinyurl.com/bngwwz9

Remember the most uncomfortable press conference of all time? The one in which a grinning Dwight Howard sees a bunch of reporters and cameras and wanders over seconds after Stan Van Gundy had confirmed that Dwight was trying to get him fired? And then Dwight stands there grinning and chuckling with reporters as he keeps on lying through the fillings in his teeth? Nothing in the history of the world has ever captured one person's awfulness better than that 90-second sequence captured Dwight Howard.

Bynum is still going to get the max. He'll come back, average 19/10 for a month or two and GMs will overlook the injuries.

Side note, I am glad to see Shabazz got his eligibility reinstated. Looking forward to watching him play. I refuse to definitively evaluate a player based on anything he does before college.

Looking at the positive I don't think any player has dissapointed so far besides Ish who should get better soon.

Ayon showed alot of good signs in preseason got injured played bad but played well and got back on track against pistons

Nicholson has been our most consistent player always contributing in short minutes
Jameer has been good and steady helping with leadership
Afflalo has been very good so far
JJ has been our best player pretty much
Big baby though inconsistent has beeen putting up big numbers for us
Vooch has probably been the surprise of the season for us showing alot of promise
Moore has been a great scorer for us
McBob has been very steady for us after everyone wanted him cut a week before the season
Harkless had a great game against the knicks the only time hes got a decent run
O'Quinn Hedo and Jones havent played enough to be judged

Minus last year, Lopez had only missed 7 games in a span of 3 years. Bynum is in a whole different ballpark. Bynum would have to ball out like crazy for me to even consider a max contract.

I'm going to agree with this. Bynum's knees are a known trainwreck. Saying that Bynum is going to get a max because he's good and 7 feet tall is like saying Greg Oden will get a max.

Of course, this could all change if Bynum comes back in early January and puts up 25ppg and 13rpg without missing any other games. Then a GM will go crazy and throw out a max deal. That is for sure

Ok. Eric Gordon was a player who missed at least 25 games every year and missed all of last year. Just like Bynum, he was on his new team because they traded their previous star for him. Does this story line up a bit more?

Its called having a huge ego. Some of these guys have an warped sense of how they see themselves. Still, some GM would probably get desperate and gamble.

Vucevic is nowhere close to marc Gasol, he has a lot of work to do to get there.

I must admit at this point I would rather have Vucci than Hibbert, I still cant believe he gets max money, I would rather have BLopez than Hibbert as well.

I think Vuccis ceiling is probably Kaman in his all star season.

How long do we have before Vucci demands a max deal? God I wish I ate my peas and grew another ft.

He needs to wake up and man up.

you musn't know anyone who's had experience with anxiety or depression? it's the kind of illness and situation that is incredibly frustrating for all involved. you just want to slap them in the face and say "snap out of it", but it's really not that easy. people who suffer from anxiety and depression know it, too, and they feel the same, but it can be a very debilitating disease/disorder. medication can help to numb/dull the effects, but it takes a lot of hard work to reconstruct the mind and learn coping mechanisms to control something like that.

the biggest shame is that White is in a position to be able to afford some of the best help money can buy, and he doesn't seem to be making the most of that. if he walks away from his NBA deal, he walks away from the money and health care that can best help him. he must really be at the bottom of a bad spiral if he can't see that.

Just looking at that list i believe he's the only second year guy right? other than the Rook Valanciunas Vuc is in good company. I might be wrong so don't quote me but i believe Vucevic has the 7th best per out of all qualified second year players. playing better than guys like Derrick Williams(picked 2nd Overall) Tristan Thompson(4th Overall) Brandon Knight(8th Overall) Vucevic isn't too bad

Sorry for the double post but anybody saw the wiretap? This clown Dwight is saying that he wouldn't have minded going to Houston. Yeah Ok Dwight it's so easy to say that after the fact why would he come out and say something like this?

Just a reminder of where the Houston trade would put us so far. Our top 3 pick, Toronto top 5 pick, Jeremy Lamb, and Dallas 14th pick. Just saying.

^^ Dwight is just talking ish after everything was already done. He sabotaged any value we could of gotten from Houston saying that he wouldn't resign anywhere except "one team" so him saying this now is just him showing his A55 so to speak. Henny has said in not so many words that the deal that was reported was NOT the deal on the table when it came down to making the actual decision so i think Henny played the cards he was dealt. Dwight saying this now is just more damage control trying to make sure people see him as the good guy of the Nba. Except just weeks ago he was saying that he had to be a "Shark" and strong arm to get what you want. Ridiculous man straight ridiculous

I have come to the conclusion that Dwight is a spoiled child. He really does act like a 12 year old on puberty, on and off the court. We know damm well that Dwight did not have any desire to go to Houston. He is saying this now because they were able to get Harden. Problem is that the assets they used to get Harden are the assets that they tried to use to get Dwight. So had they gotten Dwight they dont get Harden as well. Its just easy to change history after the fact right Dwight?

The Dallas pick is top 20 protected..so cross that out
the Toronto pick is top 3 protected and 15-30
Orlando is in the 6th spot right now

Afflalo, Harkless, Vuc, mcroberts, harrington (which will likely be traded later) and 5 draft picks>>>>>>That offer unless we would of ended up with 2 top 5 picks and could get both Noel and Shabaaz

It seems Bynum injured his knee again bowling.
