Man, when Ellis decides he wants to take the ball to the hoop, he is really hard to defend.

Hornets had one of those nights that nobody could miss a jumper and we still led for almost the entire game.

Ellis / Jennings both creating for teammates and hitting shots.

Larry was huge in the 4th quarter shutting down the paint.

Good win IMO. In past years we lose this by 25.

Agree, with a shout-out to Duns for keeping us in the game the first half.

Hornets won't shoot it at that high of a % the rest of the year, and we still had the lead for pretty much the whole game.

Very good win.

I thought Henson did enough to get on the court some in the following games. He was tough defending Davis. I think he probably defended Davis the best of anyone who got minutes.

Beno was awful.

That Jennings/Ellis/Dunleavy/Udoh/Sanders lineup is really fun to watch when Ellis and Jennings aren't just throwing up long shots with 19 left on the shot clock. Great game from both Jennings and Ellis, both shooting and distributing.

Great win. BJ,Ellis, and Godleavey so damn good tonight. Henson looked good while he was out there. Larry was Larry and even Fat Sammy is doing well. Love watching this team atm.

I can't get over how good Davis was. Wow he's going to be a stud.

Yep. He's a future 23/14/4 type, IMO. Crazy skilled.

I was expecting the Hornets to fall off at some point but they hung in throughout, mostly due to us leaving shooters wide open for a majority of the night, but a win is a win.

that was a fun this game to watch. monta was HUGE down the stretch. there will be games we want to strangle him later in the same situations when he misses but weve lost waaaay to many games in the past watching jennings fail trying to generate offense on his own. we really may have a multifaceted attack down the stretch like ftd now

Didn't see the game. But I think it's amazing that Baddy and Ellis were both 22/9 on 8-16, and Baddy was +11 and Ellis was -11.

We looked really good.

Monta looked great early passing but fell to the long twos later in the game. Fortunatly at the end they fell.

Brandon IMO was the clear POG. We clearly played our best ball by far when he was in and the +/- proved it.

Dunleavy was the reason we won the game with his play in the first half. We could've been down huge at half without him getting hot.

Larry played great defense at the end, lot of tacky fouls early.

Everyone else looked pretty solid besides Beno who looked awful.

Anthony Davis was worth tanking for last season.
