A lot of career-highs for the Canadian. Vucevic had 12 & 9 and didn't make the voting.

There's no tanking in sweater vest voting. 8-)

Between JJ and Drew... Gave it to JJ... he got the team involved and scored. We always seem to play well when he's doing that.

Nicholson played well, filled up the stat sheet..but Im going with JJ, Gentry game planned for redick and that was his main focus, he said stopping Redick was priority #1, JJ still had 20pts and 9asts, plus most of Nicholson points came from Redick passes..

Voted for Drew. for the 19th overall pick the guy has really made an impact much sooner than I expected. I bet teams are kicking themselves for not drafting him earlier. Dude is gonna be an absolute beast in just a couple of years.

gave it to nicholson... he still has lots to learn but he is finally showing improvement on his rebounding and defense. he converted some key shots in the 4th that helped us seal the game

Mr. Nicholson earned his first career vest! i love how smart this kid is, imagine if Dwight ever had Nicholsons footwork? it's his greatest quality

I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

19 points in 25 minutes played on 9-11 shooting; with 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals. Plus an over/under of +21: Not really a difficult choice. :)

Edit:
With 19 points in a +21, this means essentially means that all points Nicholson scored wee unmatched, and this was the game's difference in itself!

It really is a close call between dr. Drew and JJ. It's easy to give it to Drew because he brought more than what's expected from him right now and he did the damage during the third and fourth quarter. JJ on the other hand made such an impact on the game that everybody else (including Drew) started to play better.

My vote goes to JJ (he sure could have had a lot more assist if Baby finished some of the gimme's)..

Edit: Oh and JJ had a +19 himself..

I'd love to give it to Nicholson but it is impossible not to give it to JJ.

Redick made everybody better last night, he put soo much pressure on the Suns defense that when he passed the ball the entire defense collapsed and we got easy buckets.

This season it's cristal clear, when JJ sucks we're not winning the game.
