Odds of a fight breaking out between Cousins and Sanders tonight: high

Kings, as usual, are terrible. They are 26th in offense, 20th in defense, 1-7 on the road having been outscored by 80 points in those 8 games. Bucks may be missing some players, but this would obviously be an inexcusable loss regardless.

They show Bucks games on the television?!?!?!?!?!?

:o

Sanders & Cousins getting in a fight is probably going to happen.

I just hope we don't get Sanders suspended for anything.

I'll be making my 2nd appearance at the BC this season. I would hope to win this one but with injuries, who knows. The Kings have some nice talent but don't mesh well. Bucks need this one as I am expecting losses Friday and Saturday night.

I'm really worried Skiles is going to run Pryz out there for 20 minutes tonight. Especially after reading his comments in the Jsonline. If Pryz gets heavy minutes I think we can lose this one.
"I just wanted to play because I just love the game," Jennings said. "It doesn't matter to me. I get up to play basketball. It's my job. I have to still be a professional and finish the season."

No chance Przybilla plays 20+ minutes, and even if he did, we should still win this game.

TEAMS: Bucks (10-9) vs. Sacramento Kings (7-13).

WHEN: 7 p.m. Wednesday.

WHERE: BMO Harris Bradley Center.

BROADCASTS: TV - FS Wisconsin. Radio - AM-620.

About the Kings: Sacramento posted three consecutive victories - over Toronto and Orlando at home and Portland on the road - before losing Monday night at Dallas. Center DeMarcus Cousins has posted double-doubles in four of the last six games. All five starters scored in double figures in a 99-80 road victory over Portland on Saturday, and former Bucks wing man John Salmons had 19 points and 11 assists. Sacramento is relying heavily on its starters and using Travis Outlaw and Marcus Thornton as primary options off the bench. Guard Tyreke Evans has missed the last three games with soreness in his left knee. A recent magnetic resonance imaging exam was negative.

PROBABLE KINGS STARTERS

G Francisco Garcia, 6-7, Louisville
G Aaron Brooks, 6-0, Oregon
F John Salmons, 6-6, Miami
F Jason Thompson, 6-11, Rider
C DeMarcus Cousins, 6-11, Kentucky

Coach: Keith Smart (second season, 27-52; fourth overall, 72-129).

Injury report: Tyreke Evans (sore left knee) is questionable.

PROBABLE BUCKS STARTERS

G Brandon Jennings, 6-1, Oak Hill (Va.)
F Marquis Daniels, 6-6, Auburn
F Larry Sanders, 6-11, VCU

Injury report: Beno Udrih (sprained right ankle) is out. Mike Dunleavy (left knee bone bruise) and Ekpe Udoh (sore left wrist) are questionable. Ersan Ilyasova (lower right leg bruise) is probable.

THE SERIES

The Bucks lead the series, 78-54, but have lost the last two meetings. Milwaukee is 44-22 on its home court. The teams met only once last season, and the Kings won at home.

NUMBERS GAME

7 Consecutive matchups between the Kings and Bucks decided by single digits.
21 Points the Bucks led by at halftime in Sacramento in a 103-100 loss on Jan. 5 of last season.

I did not realize Sanders was leading the league in blocks.

Sanders played 38 minutes against the Nets and struggled with his shooting (3 of 12) while posting six points, six rebounds and four blocks. The 6-foot-11 forward has moved into the league lead in blocks at 3.11 per game.

Hilarious Sacramento still has no point guard. It's been years now.

We took their only PG Beno and gave them John Salmons.

Don't forget tonight is the Return of John Salmons!

Yeah, I guess it would be his first time back here since that trade. That trade seems like ages ago.

Scott. Skiles.
Always late to the party.

While Drew Gooden was disgracing the game of basketball for 25 minutes a night, Larry Sanders was sitting at the end of the bench. More fantastic decision making by the head coach.

Watch Skiles get an extension if the Bucks make the playoffs.

You do realize Sanders was a lot worse last year than this year right?

Yep.

Changing gears, if the season ended today, Larry would have the 4th highest Block Pct in a single season since the stat was first recorded (10.0). Bol has the top 3 seasons. Ibaka last year is right after Larry.

Only 4 players have ever topped 9 in this metric.

The year Bogut lead the league in blocks for us? 5.8.

Are the Bucks being serious in calling today "Luc Richard Mbah a Moute Day"?

or are they trolling us?

I hear what you're saying, but Monta isn't a point. Beno barely is and they really haven't had a point since Mike Bibby.

Hmmm, didn't quite get the pub like "Aaron Rodgers Day" is getting. Must be the Bucks' marketing staff. 8-)

Skiles annoys me, but to his credit he did get an out of control Sanders to a high level in a short time. He deserves some of that.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
