Atlanta has enough room to sign him and Paul, and both players have ties to the area. I could definitely see that happening actually. Paul/Horford/Dwight = bye bye.

San Antonio, Dallas, Clippers (without Paul), and New Orleans also have enough space. Gordon/Davis/Howard would be awesome, actually.

I think Atlanta is a real possibility although he's bristled at the idea before. I'm guessing he'll stay in Los Angeles as a Laker.

Especially when you consider he derails their best route of tanking even though Grunfeld got Okafor, Nene and Ariza to win now, you'd think they'd be ready to a pay a guy like Harden. They'll get another high draft pick and Wall/Beal and top pick will have something going next year maybe.

I don't see the point in tanking for a guy you hope to one day be as good as the 23 year old you could have for sure had.

I'm saying Beal on rookie deal + one more high draft pick + the money left over for free agents > James Harden at $80M

I'm talking about a moneyball approach, it doesn't break down to "Will Beal be as good as Harden?"....but I do think it's certainly possible that he can be just as good if not better in time, who knows.

Dwight already knows where he will sign.

It's gotta be Milwaukee. To be that sure this early, he wants to resurrect FTD!

In all seriousness, ATL would be a great fit if Paul joined him there. I just don't see CP3 bailing on LAC.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

That first part is true only if one of Beal or the draft pick turn about better than Harden though. I'd wager that doesn't happen, personally. The Moneyball approach doesn't work in basketball, success is too highly tilted towards how good your top players are. Moneyball tries to find undervalued players.

What if the team he knows he'll sign with doesn't want him? Unless it's the Lakers he wouldn't have had contact with them because that would be tampering and that wouldn't happen in Pro Sports right?I think that would be sooooo funny if the Hawks(or whomever) said "actually Dwight we think you're a douche and frankly not worth a max contract"

It almost sounds like Howard back to the Lakers is 99% unlikely to happen. Obviously alot can change from now until the offseason. Can the Lakers trade him if they choose? If can, I'd deal him off if they are still struggling in February.

Love got booed by Wolves fans:

If he ever were to be available in a trade, from a Bucks perspective, Kahn is the ideal GM to be making decisions of what to do with him.

Hopefully our 'braintrust' would have the sense to throw the kitchen sink at trying to get him.

It's hilarious that Ben Hansbrough's skull is so hard that he had to flop after a nasty elbow under the ear.

Do you mean the Rockets should trade for Markieff Morris?

Sure... I just covet both Morris guys and think they should be Rockets. Since Phoenix is a mess, perhaps Houston can trade for him. I doubt it would ever happen and is simply a desire of mine.

And they could have double name jerseys like the Bucks with Mickey and Marques Johnson

Nothing but sweetness out of the deal, right? I think it would be a perfect move for Houston to make.

I'm disappointed I wasn't included in this post. Knew Mo was going to knock that shot down before he even took it. 8-)

He lost a whole bunch of weight, now he's too busy with the ladies to hang out with us anymore.

Dallas and ATL I can see, The Spurs would be intriguing and Pop would do wonders for Dwight but I don't think Dwight wants to play for a coach who would hold him accountable anymore. Clippers maybe, but I don't see him going their while they have Deandre Jordan and without CP3.
