MITCH IS A GREAT GM BUT HE'S NO GOOD WITH AVERAGE PLAYERS

Again Mitch is a heck of a GM but his expertise are only with big names, he sucks when it comes to rookies and average players free agents.

like this year. We signed Jodie Meeks. We could have signed Marco Bellnelli. Jodie Meeks is an okay shooter but he can not create his shot. He can only shot the 3's when he's feet are set. spot up shooter only.
Steve Blake when we could have gone for Luke Ridnour
We signed Jamison when we could have pursued Rashard Lewis.
Andrei Blatche wa also free but we did not even bother to take a look.
Randy Foye who is I think better shooter than Meeks, still we did not bother to look at him.

With Rookies?? VERY TERRIBLE!! how come spurs can get a Ginobli at the very end of the draft. How come spurs can Climb and trade for Leonard.
Why we let tony Douglas go??

I don't think you've thought this out very well... If you're going to obsess about Mitch's perceived failures after the fact, make sure you do the same thing with the teams you exemplify as models for how he should be.
The Spurs don't always get Ginobli's either, and they pretty much never get Howards...
Never have rice at Hanzo's house...
