Game 23: Sixers @ Pacers

Post#1 » by Nuntius » Fri Dec 14, 2012 11:52 pm

A very interesting and quite important game today. I read on the Sixers forums that Jrue will be out so our chances for a W have probably increased.

You should never take Philly lightly, though. They are a disciplined bunch.

Leggoooo Pacers :D

Awesome start for Roy. 6 points (although he got hit with a BS foul call) including one where he finally got a friendly bounce. Keep that confidence up, big Roy!

We're up 25 - 20 in the end of the 1st quarter.

Hibbert already has 10 points :)

Damn, I like Austin Croshere so much better than Quinn Buckner!

Jrue gone is a definite help for us. he has turned out to be quite a PG.

After a series of stupid plays in the final 4 seconds we managed to give up a 6-0 run and now we're down 54 - 52.

imo its time for the Sixers to get rid of Turner. I don't see any future for him in the league, and is try to get as much value as I could before no one wants him.

A big 3 by PG is putting us ahead 83 - 89 with 1:52 remaining.

But he walks out of the floor. Let's hope it's just a cramp again.

Big win with 85 - 95.

Big games by the G2 Connection. Hibbert played good as well :D

He said himself that it's just another cramp. He has to be careful about those and take on more liquids but it doesn't seem like something serious.

I'd take him any day.

I wouldn't. He just doesn't fit anywhere, imo. He doesn't shoot exceptionally well, makes some dumb choices with the ball, isn't big enough to do anything down low. He's just so average, and he doesn't have a real role on the floor. Who would you give up for him anyway?
