Dekker 10.0 points per game @ .574 TS in only 22.5 mpg. Might want to get him more minutes and shots.

Marquette, Georgetown, Villanova, St. John's, DePaul, Providence, Seton Hall, Xavier, Gonzaga, Butler, Saint Louis, and VCU.

I think that conference definitely stacks up to the rest of the BCS conferences in terms of quality and depth of basketball programs.

As a George Mason grad, I can tell you we're praying Marquette and the others somehow include us...that's why we've been scrimmaging Marquette, in an effort to build ties.

It's a longshot though. Will be very interesting to see what happens to the BE7 and the A-10 from this though.

Sounds like Marquette and the Catholic schools are leaving. I love it.

Good. I hope this somehow **** up the conference to the fullest and the football portion falls apart, too.

Agreed. I hope the entire conf dissolves and the bball schools can keep the big east brand.

I actually forgot about the dissolve factor. Yeah, that would be great.

I love that UConn's president apparently wrote a letter yesterday to the presidents of the so called "catholic 7" preaching solidarity and going forward together. Isn't this the same UConn that has been practically begging to get into the ACC for the past couple of years?

Yep, UConn would bolt at first chance. No doubt about it.

PBGM mentioning the TV deal a couple days ago prompted me to go look at the potential deal. If these teams leave but the Big Least remained, the conference's teams could earn about $2M per year on a new TV deal given the markets. Rutgers projected to earn upwards of $47M per year when the B10 renegotiates a TV deal. The ACC/B12 won't get as much as the B10 - no one will - but it's a staggering, staggering amount more than the Big Least will be able to offer their schools.

The conference is ****, to put it bluntly. The writing has been on the wall for years, and now it's finally happening.

Butler with a great chance to knock off Indiana right now. Up 7 with 2 minutes to go.

Foul out rule sucks. Butler is screwed.

At least allow a guy an additional foul for each OT period.

Hoping Butler can pull it out, but IU did a good job getting back in it though.

I wanted Indiana to enter B10 play undefeated, but it's hard to argue with a game that good.

Felt like March there for a minute. Between that and the Arizona/Nevada game, this has been an extremely entertaining sports Saturday so far.
