Lewis would be great for y'all. Howard already have great chemistry with Lewis and both of these players are playoff players. Check what James Jones did against Boston in playoff. He just wasting away on the Heat bench, really they both are. These players will punish people doubling Kobe.

But, is your team too proudful trade with heat which right now least of your worries.

Would live to get James jones really!

Pau/Duhon/+ for Love/Ak47/Barea

Dreaming scenario that I'm sure every single Wolves fans would laugh at heartily.

Only has a shot in hell if Love and Pau are pushing hard behind the scenes to swap places (Love to contend for years, Pau to finish his career playing with Rubio).
But it works on paper.

The 76ers with Thad Young, Hawes, and Wright still make tremendous sense as a trade partner for Pau especially now that they are looking at a C.

You would have a very tough team to stop in transition, the backup big man you need that would allow to make another move with Hill for a PG (Sessions), save a little cash, and then start:

PG- Nash, Sessions
SG- Bryant, Meeks
SF- MWP, Wright
PF- Young, Jamison
C- Howard, Hawes

You can flip Young and MWP's positions really, you have two lanky forwards to bring in off the bench with Wright and Jamison. Based on matchup you can figure out who you want to play but MWP-Young would make sense.

The backups woud run down the floor. I can only imagine how hard it would be to stop Sessions-Howard P and Rs with three three point shooters out there.

We give them a broken Bynum and now they'd trade with us again for an old Pau

I know they are waiting for Nash before assessing Pau but I'm just throwing this out here:http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=csterrq

Lakers lose/Wolves get: Gasol, Ebanks, Clark, Blake
Wolves lose/Lakers get: Love, Budinger, Barrea, Williams

since Rubio is back, Pau playing with his countryman and in a new team can spark his old game. worst case scenario for him is he'll be demoted to a spot up shooter (like earlier this season when playing with Howard and like last year with Bynum) to open up space for Pek but Adelman is not stupid and I assume he'll be used ala C-Webb.

Love, though thought of to be untouchable, could be dealt with his recent struggles and injuries. and let's not forget how he expresses what he thinks of the team.

Barrea may be the expendable PG since Rubio is back. pov of Minnesota, he has the larger salary and isn't worth keeping since Ridnour, Rubio, and Shved can provide whatever he can provide. Blake can be the 3rd string PG.

Wolves get two solid wings in return (which they sorely lack) and they rid themselves of Williams. though they'll lose Chase who provides better shooting than Ebanks and Clark.

Lakers:

PG - Nash/Barrea/Duhon/Morris
SG - Bryant/Meeks/DJO
SF - World Peace/Budinger/Williams
PF - Love/Jamison
C - Howard/Hill/Sacre

Wolves:

PG - Rubio/Ridnour/Blake
SG - Shved/Lee/Ebanks/Roy
SF - Kirilenko/Howard/Clark
PF - Gasol/Cunningham/Amundson
C - Pekovic/Stiemsma

biased I know. I'm a Laker fan, sue me.

any trade centered around pau/love is going to be terribly biased in the lakers favor, but you managed to get the lakers a solid pg in jj and a young piece in williams too,

I don't think MIN has any plans on a Love for Pau deal, but in theory if one were to occur the Lakers would have to take the undesirable contracts from MIN. For instance:

Pau/Duhon
for
Love/Roy/JJ

Duhon can be waived next year for I believe 1.5M. I think Roy's contract may be un-guaranteed for next year and if so, maybe Duhon and Roy can be left out. I just can't find any other contracts that MN would want to dump.
