Flipped the channel for a bit and he made some ridiculous pass between Brand's legs to Greg Stiemsma.

Lin just can't put games together when he's not playing as lone guy

Also, it's kind of funny to watch Nets fans [on the general board] get on Deron, call him out, be fed up with him.... While Melo is leading the MVP talk. Many questioned which you'd rather have on your team....

I remember getting a lot of heat for putting all my eggs into the OJ Mayo basket during BAT. I told you guys all he needed was the opportunity to be a leading scorer, and he will shine. My Jrue/Mayo backcourt would have been insane.

If I didn't deal Jrue - Jrue, Mayo, Noah, Blake, Batum, omg.

LULZ @ all the lames that abandoned the team over that useless loser. Somehow his struggles are Melos fault, Im sure.

The discussion had more relevance when D'Antoni was the coach.

Now, you would have to be very misguided (or heavily skewing a lot of advanced stats) if you want to make the case that Deron is better

Agreed. Even before the season started I had Deron as a top 10 player, with Melo around 12-13.

Stats and impact.....Melo is definitely top 3 this season, and might make a slight biased argument for #2 when considering he doesn't have a Wade or a Westbrook with him.

Don't wanna start that up again, but at least im in the right house for it.

Good looking out. He does look a bit out of shape. In a game where inches matter a few around the waste make a big difference.
