What a disaster, it was a roll of the dice putting this team together, but no Laker fan saw this type of a result as possible.

More often I believe that there is more going on behind the scenes than what fans are able to see/know. Absolutely in disbelief with how this is all coming apart.

At least our expectations are way lowered now, games should be fun again to watch. ;)

Dr. Klapper is on ESPN 710 and saying that Howard will be fine, since it's probably only a tear to the labrum and not an actual dislocation. He just needs rest and let it heal.

did anyone say it was a dislocated shoulder? i don't know what that is supposed to mean, the simple fact that it's torn is why he's out indefinitely.

Dr. Klapper was probably trying to give examples of how severe it could have been. He mentioned subluxation (partial dislocation) vs luxation (dislocation) and that if he needed surgery, he'd probably be out much longer. He also said that if it was the playoffs, Howard would be playing.

10 day contracts start soon, right?

Kieth Benson should get a call up. Maybe M'Benga (can block shots) or Powe. Dan Gadzuric.

For the wing try out Rodney Carney or Balkman.

Small ball comin up. D'Antoni deluxe. I bet Metta starts at the 4, and Kobe moves to the 3.

Also this is incredibly bad luck having those three go down. Seriously, an entire frontcourt rotation in one game, that's not even typical of a season if you include every single team.
