Detroit Out: Prince, Maxiell, Singler, Magette, Bynum
Detroit In: Rudy Gay, Darius Morris
Sign: Ben Wallace
Why?
Land the best impact player we possibly can without lucking out in the draft along with a Pure point prospect. Also send Prince to a contender.
Knight/Stuckey/Morris
Daye/Stuckey/Knight
Gay/Jonas/Daye
Monroe/CV/Jonas
Drummond/Monroe/Ben/Slava
Lakers Out: Pau Gasol, Morris, 2013First Rounder
Lakers In: Prince, Roy, Maxiell, Ridnour, Cunningham
Why?
Lakers need to get rid of Pau. He's a terrible fit next to Dwight. What they really need is a real bench. Prince, Ridnour,Roy (If healthy), Cunningham, Max give them a real bench.
Nash/Ridnour
Kobe/Roy/Meeks
MWP/Prince
Cunningham/Max/Jamison
Howard/Hill
Grizzlies Out: Gay
Grizzlies In: Maggette, Derrick Williams, Will Bynum, Kyle Singler, 2013 First Rounder
Why?
The Griz are struggling and they are not paying the LT. At this point they're getting desperate, targeting Jared Dudley. Obviously they're looking for more of a salary dump over equal value. With this trade they get serviceable players + a young #2 overall pick in D-Will who could learn from Zbo/Gasol. Singler is also a glue guy that fits perfectly on that team.
Conley/Bayless/Bynum
Allen/Ellington
Singler/Quincy/Magette
Zbo/Williams
Gasol/Speights
Minnesota Out: Roy, Ridnour, Cunningham, Williams
Minnesota In: Pau Gasol
Why?
Shved has shown a healthy Roy is not necessary for them. They've always coveted Pau and are looking to make the playoffs this year.
Rubio/Barea
Shved/Lee
AK47/Budinger
Love/Pek
Pau/Pek

Pass for the Wolves. We don't want Pau at that much salary.

Re: 4 Way Gay/Gasol - MEM/DET/LAL/MIN
Congratulations this trade is horrible for 3 of the 4 teams involved.
Memphis trade Gay and add salary in the process, and they get rebuilding pieces when they are positioned to do a second deep playoffs run in their history, go figure why they'd do that lol
Lakers trade Gasol who is a very good player for a pile of poop. Prince is the only good player for them and he isn't all that necessary considering Artest has been good for them. They need someone capable of fill 20 minutes at the SF and Prince is more than that.
Minny add a crapload of money in a season where their 2 stars are struggling against injuries. Next season they need to resign Pekovic who will be expensive and Budinger who they paid a lot to acquire. So they take on a lot of money and don't know if they make the playoffs this season and they put in risk their future risking not being able to sign 2 of their starters in Pekovic and Budinger.
Yeah...
To make things even better Lakers trade a pick they don't even owe ^^

Pau is out indefinitely. Love is out indefinitely this trade leaves the Wolves with Kirilenko as their sole available SF or PF. This leaves the Wolves with:
Rubio/Barea
Shved/
Kirilenko/
Amundson/
Pekovic
Think before you trade.

Lakers pass. First off, they don't have a 2013 1st to trade. Secondly, while I agree they need to get rid of Pau, they're not selling him for pennies on the dollar.

Lakers still have Duhon and Blake. This gives them four point guards. Yeesh....
