Trey Burke?

May not stick in the NBA

Otto Porter?

A long way from NBA ready

Look folks, this is a very, very weak draft. Even the ticker is suggesting the Babycats trade their pick. The implication is that NBA scouts are not even high McLemore, Zeller, Muhammad, or Noel. (All four are clearly future NBA starters, just none projects as Certain-Stud).

I see Noel, McLemore, and Muhammad having great careers. I think 2 out of these 3 will be very very good so IMO trying to nab 1 of them even in this "weak" draft would be sick. **** if teams are so scared of the draft lets trade up and gamble! lol

I am confident that Marshall will in 4-years time develop into a servicable starter. If GM Hennigan can acquire him on the cheap, then I am thus quite pleased as a Magic fan.

Ben McLemore is on ESPN right now. Kansas vs. Baylor

With fewer than three minutes remaining in Kansas' 61-44 win over Baylor, McLemore injured his ankle. He was down on the court for several minutes, but was able to walk off the court to the locker room.

The extent of McLemore's injury is unclear right now, although head coach Bill Self shared some details on his post-game radio show.

CJ Moore @cjmoore4
Self says on radio interview McLemore has a sprained ankle. Should be OK. McLemore says he heard a pop.

I might get flamed for saying this but i don't care it's only my preference, i actually like Goodwin more than Mclemore to be honest. Not knocking Mclemore in any sense it's just that i like Goodwin's game a bit more

Mclemores J>>>

Goodwins ability to get to the rim>>>

I think both can be all stars in the NBA & would be happy with either one.

Goodwins shot is pretty ugly though....he has some Westbrook high risk, high reward pick
aol4532 on bill russell
I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

For me though Goodwin reminds me sort of like Dwayne Wade, not a great jumpshot but is athletic and can get to the rim and finish. Also when Ryan Harrow went down Kentucky actually had Goodwin run the show and he did fairly well so he's kinda like a Combo guard similar to Wade coming out of Marquette. I would love having Goodwin on this team but like the guy above me said High Risk High Reward

His shot is not nearly as bad as you think. My only knock on him is his selfishness at times.

but his shot is def not that bad.

This video he really shows that he is capable of knocking down shots & that he is NOT AFRAID of the big shots.

Orlando currently at #8, NBAdraft.net has Otto Porter tabbed. I cannot see the Magic drafting and keeping him. Perhaps they would trade down for CJ McCollum.

Yeah I'd be shocked if we drafted Porter. Not that he isn't an interesting player, but so much of what he does and forecasts to do also applies to Harkless. IIRC Hennigan was reportedly at a Georgetown game earlier this season, so who knows.
