This is the same idiot that called Garnett ugly. Lost all his credibility there.

It's not a double standard. KG routinely seeks out ways to get under people's skin. Great player over the course of his career, but this is a big part of his game, and it just flat out stinks.

When Noah gets under people's skin, it's different. His gun show, while annoying, was all about proving his haters wrong. His energy, his dancing, it all seems like a response to some perceived injustice, whether there was one or not. A rebellious F-U.

KG just wants to make you lose your cool to throw you off your game, to provoke you. There's a difference.

There's no conspiracy against KG. He's just dirty.

Noah won't start something then throw his hands up like he wasn't doing anything, either.

I get trolled by KG just watching him play. Have to imagine it's ten times worse actually being on the court against him.

Off topic, I remember when Granger called Noah a dirty player in the 2011 1st round playoffs. I hated that Pacers team. They tried so hard to create an artificial rivalry with the Bulls, it was so lame.

Not saying anyone was mad, just putting out a precursor.

KG is the closest thing we have to a Karl Malone in this day and age.

Though I can't imagine what Noah would be saying if had to go up against Malone, who was far more physical/dirty/cheap/whatever you want to call it.

Lmao at a few boston fans claiming double standard

Of course there is...kg has been playing dirty and talking a ton of shiz for close to 2 decades to intentionally piss players off and get in players heads so they focus on him and mot the game...I bet he smiled ear to ear after reading this quote

Of course he has alienated a huge portion of fans by playing this way for so long. This isn't a double standard that was unearned...it is kg's own doing from his play...he will never get the benefit of the doubt from other fans because of his career

(I don't think I could ever like him now, but if he played for my team when I was younger I bet I would have loved the shiz out of him)

Noah just outworks you. He annoys you with his game. He doesnt cheapshot, he doesnt start stuff, but he never backs down. Sounds like polar freakin opposite to me. Noah speaks his mind. Is that why hes a "hypocrite"? Im struggling to understand some of the posts in this thread. Please, somebody explain to me how Noah is a hypocrite.

He doesnt start stuff? How about Noah starting that stuff with LeBron because LeBron was dancing near his own bench, and then 2 years later noah doing his own dancing and that gun-stuff he does with his fingers after every shot he makes?

When have the Bulls been "beating our asses"? We split the regular season series last year and didn't meet in the Playoffs since we beat 'em without KG in 2009. This year the Celtics already have a win over them in Chicago and every game has been relatively close.

It's worth noting Noah retired the gun show after Sandy Hook.

What? No ones mad. Just the double standards on this board are hilarious. I have nothing against what Noah said. All I'm saying is, if it was the other way around, there would be a 10 page hate filled thread about KG.

Take off your homer glasses, bro. Last time I checked, Noah wasn't a huge douchebag like KG... so it's kind of hard for it to be a double standard.

It's like if Hitler and Woody Allen told the same joke about Jews... who do you think would get criticized more?

What sad about KG is when his career is done he won't be beloved like a Tim Duncan. When he was in Minnesota people adored KG. He goes to Boston and becomes the biggest prick in the league.

I don't buy into this well Boston fans love it and everyone else hates it because he isn't playing for them. KG is not tough. He plays soft. He backs away from physical play. His entire act doesn't work with most of the league. Nobody plays Boston and is intimidated by them. Especially since Perkins left. I would want KG because who wouldn't want a great defensive PF who is money from 20 feet and can still do work in the post. But honestly the rest of the stuff seems meaningless and irrelevant.
