I can't see a scenario where they trade Terrance Ross, but if he is coming back this way also it could be a compelling trade for Kohl. I would add Tobias to that trade to make it happen or consider something else Toronto would want.

I will stick with Jennings over these trade offers mentioned. Jennings still is 23 years old, under restricted control, plays every night and has the ability to take over games against high level competition. He is the key to whether we win games night in and night out. The 2 EC POW awards this year help tell that story.

I could get swayed with a Gortat/Dragic offer that was discussed earlier, but in reality it probably doesn't move the needle much. For me, Jennings is the type of guy I want to hang onto through his 23-27 years and see if he takes a leap. Hard for me to justify rebuilding a team if we don't give players the proper time to develop. At the very least I don't see him becoming a toxic asset anytime during those years and will always maintain trade value to other teams.
"I just wanted to play because I just love the game," Jennings said. "It doesn't matter to me. I get up to play basketball. It's my job. I have to still be a professional and finish the season."

Too bad Morey is too smart to trade for him. Could kill two birds with one stone in that scenerio.

No way should we trade Jennings just to trade Jennings. The kid is 23, a year younger than Larry Sanders. We thought Larry was a bust and look at him now. There is still room for growth and it's not like BJ is a bad basketball player. He needs to improve his FG, finish near the basket, and be paired with a non-twin.

Would you trade Jennings/Ilyasova for Lin/Patterson?

I'm a Raptor fan and theres no way we do this deal. Calderon and Amir MAYBE, but were back to square 1 with 2 pg's so I don't see this happeneing.

I think the deal would have to get bigger then to go with Jones like adding Tobias Harris.

How badly injured is Kleiza?

For Bucks fans, he's owed $4.6 million next season. So we save $2 million next year and cut off Gooden's last year of his deal. Kleiza appears done as a player. Maybe he can hit some threes for us, but his value if saving about $8.5 million in salary if that is worth something to people.

Klieza should be good to go in march.

He'll add a bit of toughness on both ends. He'd likely be 9 on your depth chart

Jennings + Gooden for Amir and Lowry. Lateral trade for both teams but definitely worse for the Raptors. Amir is actually a high value player (could fit in perfectly with pretty much any team) and it is arguable whether Jennings and Lowry is better return. Problem is if Raptors get Jennings and resign him to a similar deal to DeRozan. A Jennings - DD backcourt is a bleak prospect for our franchise...I mean DD wouldn't start for almost any other team in the league and Jennings is too inconsistent and his ceiling is too low. Would be extremely depressing if it were to ever happen.

In addition adding Gooden and his horrible contract which isn't expiring anytime soon would instantly turn the Raptors into the worst franchise in the league. I mean I think we have enough terrible contracts on our payroll...
Looking for a new signature. Currently, still evaluating.

Keep Jennings and pair him with a good SG.

The Bucks are notorious for making players look worse than they should because we put the wrong players together. If Jennings had a legit SG with 3 point range this team would look a lot different, Jennings included.

I hope this happens. If we get real value for him at the 2 or 4 or even a 1st round pick... Sometimes he looks like the 3rd best point guard on THIS team (meaning that Udrih comes in and runs plays better making more shots and Ellis can get people easier shots and is more productive penetrating).

I doubt the raptors would ever trade Ross, but what about this

Lowry/Ross/Bargnani for Ilyasova/Gooden/Jennings

They were linked to Ilyasova in the off season.

The way I looked at is Jennings is going to make $10mil next year so would you rather have Lowry/Bargnani or Jennings/Gooden for $16 mil?
