New Orleans because of their young and very good starters.
Whoever voted Toronto is kidding themselves.

They will probably be looking at this lineup for the next week or so.
Rubio, Barea
Ridnour, Gelebale
AK47, Gelebale
Williams, Cunningham
Steamer, Amundson
They were struggling even before Pek and Shved got hurt, so I don't want to even think about how bad they will be now. If healthy next year and somehow get lucky and get Noel, McLemore and then by some miracle stay/get healthy this team could be really good.
Rubio, Barea
McLemore, Shved
AK47, Budinger
Love, Cunningham
Pekovic
and whoever they could get for Williams, Ridnour, and Roys team option. Very solid team.
Gosh it is so depressing being back in tank mode, again.
The Wolves are the most disappointing team for me this year. So sad how they just imploded.
I'd say the Kings have the brightest future, for they are coming to Seattle baby. Bring IT back to Seattle!
Imploded? You mean injured. They haven't imploded, they have yet to be remotely healthy and wont be this year.

Yeah, it's between Cleveland and Detroit.
The Kings could be a darkhorse for a bright future if/when the Magoofs are out of the picture and they're the Super Sonics.

I would say Detroit. The common thing with the rest of the teams has been poor decision making in the front office. I realize Detroit made some seriously questionable signings a few years ago and screwed themselves with darko, but of this group of teams I think they are the most likely to make good decisions going fwd. If they could pawn Stuckey off on someone and get a good backcourt partner for Knight in this years draft(which is one of this draft classes positives) ...and maybe an elite coach, I could see a team that can definitely make the playoffs in the east.

Cleveland, New Orleans, and Detroit - Irving, Davis, Drummond - whether or not they become superstars is the question though

Yep, about Wash. When you how Wall is a difference maker and he's not at 100% and have extra fat on him, you can dream about a great future. Beal Wall Seraphin could lead this team to something really interreting. In comparison, i don't see the cavs doing anything the next year.

Re: Which lottery teams (currently) has brightest future?
New Orleans comes first to mind. Number one, I think Anthony Davis is going to be transformational, and I think Eric Gordon is a star, and I think Ryan Anderson, Grievis Vazquez, and Robin Lopez are all really really good supporting parts.
They'll add another decent young pick (though yeah, drafting austin rivers worried me a bit, should have taken meyers leonard) hopefully and they should have plenty of cap space to facilitate moves with other teams.
Give it a year or two of percolation. Make 2014 playoffs and put up a good fight. Surprise people in 2015 playoffs with a good run, and sky's the limit.
I think Detroit has a very questionable future. People have annointed Andre Drummond a savior pretty fast, sure, and Greg Monroe to be an all-star, just obviously.....
Yet they're not winning that many games.
Their 1st rounder belongs to Charlotte. Ahem. Let me repeat that. Their 1st rounder belongs to Charlotte. It's protected this year, but next year is only top 8 protected and then top 1 and unprotected in 2015 and 2016.
Random pieces like Prince, Villanueva, Brandon Knight.
They have tons of cap space, but I don't trust their front office at all.
Their best strategy, by far, is this:
Let all their FAs walk, buy any late picks you can, operate a super-cheap team next year that really bottoms out.
Angling, of course, for the #1 pick of the 2014 draft, Andrew Wiggins.
But then giving Charlotte your 2015 pick, which will be like the #5 pick or so.

Re: Which lottery teams (currently) has brightest future?
Wizards have a horrifying future. If John Wall doesn't become a star, and he might not, it's all on Bradley Beal and hopes and dreams. Terrible front office, bad contracts littering the landscape, etc, etc.
Cleveland has a bright future because Kyrie Irving is for real. Other than that, their draft-day decision making is worrisome, and I don't trust that they'll manage all these picks right. Bad timing here - 2013 draft is weak anyways.
Phoenix is truly and completely screwed, they have the most cheapass owner and no clear direction and no young future star to groom.

Well, the Cavs have something to say about that:
PG - Irving
SG - Waiters
SF - ?? ... Gee
PF - Thompson
C - Zeller / Varejao
They have 4 first round picks in the next two drafts with at least one of them being a top 3 pick. They have more second round picks to use as trade assets then can even be counted. Plus, they will have room for not one, but TWO max free agents in the summer of 2014.
How about this scenario:
PG - Irving/Waiters
SG - Muhammed/Waiters
SF - James/Gee
PF - Bosh/Thompson
C - Zeller/Varejao
Add in 3 more first rounders to fill out the bench...
Heck you could even take out the James and Bosh pipedream and that team is solid as could be.

This. We'll know better a month from now though. If Wall can continue to pick the Wizards off the mat with his return, this will make it fairly clear that he's a marquee player. If this short winning streak becomes a fluke, then maybe he's not all that.

I know Wall is not popular on the GB but I'm on the train that Wall>>Kyrie
Your arguement is terribble btw. A Wall & Beal backcourt is better than a Kyrie Waiters simply because they both Play defense and not Ball stoppers. Also Wall driving ability and Playmaking ability opens the game up for beal to do his thing.

Detroit and New Orleans are the only one of these teams that have a guy that has the potential to be dominant, so its between them IMO.
