Presti could package Maynor with another other young piece to land someone like Minnesota's J.J. Barea, but that young piece would probably have to be Jeremy Lamb because of the contract levels and proximity to the tax line. That seems awfully drastic. So the Thunder might stand pat, but we've seen just how creative Presti can be when it comes to upgrading his roster.

Not sure who Bradford Doolittle is but he works for Basketball Prospectus. It's nice to see some trade ideas on ESPN that the Wolves "win".

Maynor + Lamb for Barea? Easy yes from me!

It'd be nice, sure, but it doesn't fit OKC's MO. They haven't sacrificed the future for the now in their history and I doubt they'll start.

One would think other teams would have more to offer to get their hands on Lamb. As for this deal, you would have to take it. Lamb/Shved is beast and in the draft when we can't get McLemore, we can draft a big.
