Just realized that this is the second straight year we have no local coverage for ATL road game. Last year's game was also the back end of back-to-backs with neither game televised. Only reason I remember that is because those two games were Ricky's first two starts.

Just looked it up, it was January 13/14. Weird...

That's really crappy. I live in NY, so god forbid the Knicks or Nets weren't on television. There would be mass hysteria.

Devin Harris was spotted walking with a "severe limp" after he injured his ankle on Saturday against the Spurs.

Harris also had X-rays performed on the ankle, and now the Hawks are down to just Jeff Teague at the point with Lou Williams (torn ACL) done for the season. The Hawks could look to add a point guard on a 10-day deal if Harris is forced to miss extended time.

Well, there's that.

Josh Smith was 21-8 for them on Saturday.

DirecTV has free league pass trial this week so happy about that. Don't have time to watch enough to make it worth while to subscribe, but happy this will be one that local doesn't have that they'll be showing.

yeee .... I still say a Smith/Tolliver for DW/JJB/Roy/pcik deal in principle would be great whether we wanted to keep him or not. Deal fills short-term need and a better asset for acquiring a SG in off-season.

Short-term
Rube/Ridnour or JJB ...
Shved/Gelebale ... potential for Gelebale to stick as a SG/SF reserve
AK/Tolliver ...
Smith/Johnson ... potential for Johnson to stick as a PF/C reserve
Pek/Steimsma ...

Ahead
Roy done. MLee (doubtful he returns to hold a roster spot in future)
Bud possibly back at SG/SF (Tolliver cut).
Love (AK or Smith potentialy moved for starting SG)
Flip response to Love wanting out, "He has no reason to be upset, you're either a part of the problem or a part of the solution"

I'm 100% against trading for Smith this season and giving up that much unless we have assurance he's not just walking at the end of the season. We'd be taking a step back next year.

It will also work on broadband, just got an email about it.

Well, today we are going to either come back to reality, or fully embrace our man-crushes on Chris Johnson and Gelebale.

AK is so intelligent, I think he never said a thing I disagreed with. He would make such a great coach, and I hope he goes in that direction after he finishes his career.

Oh the jolly ol' stomach bug :D

In other news, the game better be exciting. I'm freaking gassed from a massive lack of sleep and a long day at work. They better make it interesting.

Edit: the 1st part refers to Dante missing the Rockets game.

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
