Right, but Minnesota will likely offer a deal of their own. So don't think that Pek won't have any decision to make.

Yes it is. Being a RFA doesn't mean the player is forced to accept the highest bidder.

It's under assumtion that Min management will make an offer to him which is less that max contract (and they will not offer more than that) and that he get an offer from another team witch is bigger than that.
