Michael Heisley evidently had a stroke within the last week. Haven't seen any news about how bad it was. Hopefully, he'll be ok, but if he was in Taylor's ownership transition plans, it could throw a big wrench in the plan.

With all due respect to Heisley and his current health status but as Lord Baldric said it well, I wouldn't want an owner like him anyway.
