USF wins. I was at the game wearing my Green and Gold. Was awesome!

USF didn't make as much noise as the UCFers did. Solid win though. We're learning to play with our lack of size finally.

But, no TV contract, membership wavering, scheduling for future games in question......it's going to be interesting.

It's just disappointing that things have turned out this way......

Just as a minor update... saw this:

Jan. 11, 2013

DALLAS - Representatives from UCF, Cincinnati, Connecticut, East Carolina, Houston, Memphis, Navy, San Diego State, USF, SMU, Temple and Tulane met in Dallas, Texas on Friday and issued this statement.

"The BIG EAST Presidents and Athletic Directors had a very productive meeting discussing current issues and the future of our strong Conference. We are encouraged about moving forward. Although we cannot comment specifically about some of our challenges, this meeting confirmed our common vision for the future."

instead of playing @Cincinnati this year we're playing @Memphis. Blah. I have a friend from Cincy and we were planning to make the road trip up there. Oh well.

^ That's some BS that UCF has to play @Memphis and Temple, the obvious league favorites instead of @Cincy like USF lucked out with.

/sarcasm

I hope the BE dissolves. They literally make no right decisions about anything.

Memphis on the road has been one of our most exciting match ups semi-annually....lol

Crappy team, 8K showing up in a 65K stadium.

At least the results are usually good.

Still, I would have preferred to keep the Cinc game......

Ucf to sign a home and home with Penn State in 2013/2014.

Away this year, home next year.

Gone are B-CC, and Jacksonville state.

UCF Basketball is pretty good this year. Too bad they have the post-season ban.

Can't saying anything about this signing class surprises me. Wish we could have kept that OL.

Only thing that kinda surprises me is Micah Reed who committed to us over a year ago, who had Texas offering and never wavered. Pretty quiet kid who didn't seem to want to go through the recruiting game, picking his school early, and shut it down asking his coach to not let teams contact him.

The class filled many needs, even if it was uninspiring as a whole.

The biggest catch is probably is the QB from Tampa. The kid has all of the tools...

Congrats to UCF for the win yesterday against East Carolina.

Sykes had his second triple-double of the year, and the Knights moved to 17-6.

Basketball team is holding up so far.

Sykes only college player this season to have 2 triple-doubles, which is pretty awesome. He'll make it to the NBA without much problem at this rate.

He should get plenty of exposure next year in the Big East.

I'll throw the UCF-specific Harlem Shake videos I've found in here to liven this thread up. Some are actually quite good.

I hear there's a huge one being put together involving hundreds of students.

Love the videos.. I keep hearing on facebook about one happening inside the union.

In other news......

Baseball season kicks off today for the Knights! Hopefully our guys can have a repeat of last year (except for losing the championship).
