Noted both Harris's stat-line and that of Vucevic....and we have Vesely waiving a towel with 6th pick on-it.

Not surprised by Harris. He could be a future volume scorer. I think he can be a great SF. I proposed a few trade ideas hoping to get Harris.

Tobias Harris just needs minutes.
Bye bye Beal.

SAC take the Heat into 2xOT before losing.

And Cleveland beat Chicago

The Milwaukee win is the painful part. I'm actually rooting for Cleveland, Detroit, Philly and Toronto to continue to play well (Sacramento, Pheonix and New Orleans too).

Basically, I want everyone in front of us to win more, and for Milwaukee to lose more, so that 5 teams are hovering right in that 35-37 win area at the end of the year. If we play well enough down the stretch to finish with 38 wins, we go to the playoffs. If we merely play reasonably well and finish with 30-32 wins, there won't be any real ground lost in the tank race.

That would be the best scenario now won't it.

They played it perfectly last year. We had the inside track and we never gave up position while going on a winning streak.

True about Vucevic, but during the anybody but Vesely (ABV) movement, I would have taken Vucevic over Ves.

...and Damn Dallas for losing their lead in the 4th against the Bucks.

And Im surprised no one pointed out Shaun Livingston's big game playing 33 min and scoring 15 pts in the win filling in for Kyrie Irving.

LeBron James concluded the month of February with a PER of 38.5, the highest single-month of his career.

James averaged 29.7 points, 7.5 rebounds, 7.9 assists and 1.9 steals per game while shooting 64.1 percent from the floor.

:o

That, folks, is just unfair. At this point, do we really even need to hold the East playoffs?

It's funny, in my PPA spreadsheet, Lebron, Durant and Paul were all bumping along in the 235-245 range. Durant and Paul are still there (Paul at 240, Durant at 233). Lebron -- 266. I'm gonna have to go back and run the improved PPA I started using this season on previous years. Jordan's best season was in the 280-290 range, if I remember correctly.

(As a benchmark, the top Wizard this year is Okafor -- with a 145.)

I always thought it a bit unfair when MJ used to win the scoring title
often while shooting over 50% AND be the DPoY.

Labron has gotten out of hand

We play them for the 2nd time on 4/10. Wonder how much I could scalp
my tix for. That's close to the end of the season but hopefully not so close
that it'll be a meaningless game for them like it was last year. Having said that,
last year their big 3 didn't play in the home&home series at the end of the
year but MIA was still fighting for the best record. They didn't play because
they were hurt and not by choice.

Just took a look at MKG. On the season he is shooting 23.8% outside 10 feet. At least there is someone out there with a worse jumper than Wall.

In fact, there are three "someones" going by efg -- MKG, James Johnson, and Anthony Davis (minimum 100 attempts from 10ft plus).

Straight FG%, there are 9 guys as bad or worse -- MKG, James Johnson, Draymond Green, Marquis Daniels (I'd forgotten he was in the league), Davis, Odom, Stephen Jackson, Gerald Green and Kevin Love.

Surprised to see SJax on that list. I thought Gerald Green was a decent shooter. I remember him lighting it up from 3 when he played the McDonalds All American game. If Rubio had enough attempts he would probably be on there.

If a big can't shoot i don't think it is as detrimental as a guard/wing who can't shoot.

I don't see how Wall and MKG could work as a tandem. We have seen how much the 3 point shooting of Beal/Webster has meant to the team over the past few weeks.

Just looked at Love's numbers, why's he shooting so poorly this year?

His set-up-man-extraordinaire Ricky Rubio was/is coming off an injury so that probably had an effect. Also, didn't Love himself break his hand at some point recently?

Either way, I'm sure it's all part of his elaborate plan to force a trade to the Wizards this summer! :D

Love broke his hand. Rubio played just half a season last year because of his knee, so I doubt that had much effect.

Derrick Williams has been playing better as of late...does that make him more tradeable or Love more expendable? I have a feeling Love is going to walk so with William's recent play they may explore that possibility in the offseason. Maybe tank next year

Rubio
Shved
Wiggins/Parker
Williams
Pek

could be pretty damn good in the future.

Steph Curry with 11 threes and still 3 minutes left. 52 points.

Insanity.
