Jordan Matthews: Hype or Hope?

Post#1 » by wow444 » Wed Aug 6, 2014 3:43 am

I think he is more hope than hype. I really liked him prior to the draft and thought the knocks on him were somewhat fabricated. Interested to see what he can do on Friday night.
Don't worry, that builds character and you can never have too much character...

I like him a lot. I think it is more hope than hype because we lost Desean and need someone to fill his shoes.

I think he will be fine. He is going to get plenty of opportunity this year and I expect him to get much better as the year progresses. Both he an Huff are rookies and no one can expect great things this year. Matthews has looked good in camp and had some ups and downs against Chicago. Huff's run back was encouraging!

With Djax moving on my question is will Maclin be able to fill his shoes not will Matthews be able to.

Reporters love him because he is humble and gives the right answers. I think hype

#1 wr in that offense is almost a sure bet to be productive. I'm buying into the hype.
