Ladies and gentlemen,

It’s that time of the month again. Time to honor the best posters on our board for their contributions. We’ve made a couple changes this time around though.

First off, this group of three worthy inductees represents the premium posters over the course of April and May.

Second, the moderators passed the torch to the previous Players of the Month when it came down to voting. That’s right, your fellow posters have the vote this time around. Each of them chose their top 3 favorites for the previously mentioned two month span.

Now, on to the voting. There were 12 posters identified and 21 total votes. Many worthy names were chosen for this recognition, but three posters garnered the most votes: Burnie Riley, eddieheatfan, and Rapaz.

So let's get things started.

With the third most votes, eddieheatfan, is the first to be recognized. Ehf has been with us for a year and a half now, and is very consistent….at not using capital letters….Sorry eddie, had to go there. Ehf brings great energy and enthusiasm in his posting and does a great job of stimulating conversation. We thank eddie for being a loyal supporter of Heat nation and a very solid poster who keeps this board humming. Humming to Gloria Estefan that is...

Our last two nominees for POTM, Rapaz and Burnie Riley bring their own unique contributions to the board as well.

Rapaz is well known for his quick, witty sense of humor. He’s always ready at a moment’s notice to bring levity to the forum. He also was one of our most avid supporters on the GB during the legendary Toronto series. He brought poise and thoughtful rhetoric to the forefront, when those ideals were destined to fail…and ultimately did when faced against the legions of Raptors fans. At one point he had them in Shambles:

Burnie Riley is our resident draft media guru. At a time when Miami needs to fortify its lineup and has little room to maneuver financially or asset wise, Burnie makes sure that we stay up to date on all the prospects available by posting stories and videos highlighting each player’s strengths and weaknesses.
