Game 1.

The Hamels of September has made his appearance. Scuffling innings were par for the course the last 6 weeks of the season. When he loses it... he loses it.

6-0... and Hamels has completely lost his release point.

Again.

Games like this were why our Run Differential was +8.

No love for the Rangers here? Not baiting just surprised that a greater metropolitan area of 6 million people has one guy posting during such a grudge match game. Do no Mav fans care about the Rangers?

Wish there were more... but it's OK. I'm used to talking to myself.

Last Friday night, my grandson's Varsity team held the top team in their District scoreless in the first half of their game... then returned a fumble for a Touchdown to lead 7-0 to begin the 3rd Quarter. After that, they were outscored 36-0. When the game was over and I met him on the sideline like we do after every game, I told him "Sometimes you get the bear, sometimes the bear gets you."

Right now, that seems an appropriate analogy.

Well... it comes down to Colby and his bulldog mentality along with his assortment of sliders and junk against one hell of a pitcher in Sanchez.

Not optimistic but that's why we play the games. Go get them Boys!

4-2.

Sadly, that's about what I expected. Couldn't even get out of the third.

I openly admit not being the smartest baseball fan on this forum. But I'm also pretty certain this is not a good statistic.

Should have put that ball in your pocket Rougie...

Got beat by a better team. No shame in that. They are on a roll.
