Our best coach the last 15+ years was Jason Kidd.

I'm confused

He's implying that George didn't show up in that second half.

Ah ok

Well he did show up, his teammates didn't

PG was getting double teamed and hacked throughout the entire 2nd half. His teammates couldn't make shots and the refs gave him no calls

George balled his ass off, even in the 4th, but that 3rd quarter he was a no show! Pacers was up 10 after 1 without George contributions, and 25 after the half when George joined the party. That 3rd quarter he was invisible and that 4th he was great, but Cavs had all the momentum by then.

Yep, had to get rid of Zach so we could sign Lebron.

But the Cavs came out of halftime with a gameplan to trap him when he had the ball and force the other guys to keep making plays and they just couldn't

Oh and another thing... I want Leonard on my team over Westbrook and Harden, BUT he is not the second best player in the league. He's a goto scorer and a helluva defender, but I don't think he has the playmaking ability to make decent players look better than they are. Like I think he can put up 25 on any team and play great defense on any team, but look at guys like Jimmy Butler and Geoege (Leonard better than both), I see him in that mold like they're good players, but won't automatically make your team a championship contender.

Writing this didn't come out as easily as it did in my head, I hope people get my point.

Kinglee wrote:One thing I'm going to say about George is he's a good player, no doubt. But in that 3rd quarter they were up 25 points and George didn't score a point in that 3rd quarter to hold Cleveland at bay. Everyone that pretends like indivudual offense doesn't matter, you're wrong. Team ball is good, but sometimes the role players game shrinks. This is why you have superstars, for when all else fails the star player can savage something until they get their mojo back.

Great teams do both. It's why Melo's best seasons were with elite playmakers. And why the Clipjoint just might work for him.

I like those guys over on that board. Half my And1s came from ReturnMVP3. Plus, I need to maintain good relationships with our friends from north (and south) of the boarder just in case.

I don't know why, but for some reason the officiating seems lopsided in favor of the Grizzles, despite the Spurs shooting more free throws and drawing more fouls. Memphis seems to literally be hacking on every single play.
