Wonder how lightly they'll tread on the Melo situation. Guessing they'll give us a very vague, PC answer.

One things for sure. No matter what Mills/Perry say the pitchforks will be out and the reactions will be overwhelmingly negative.

Someone ask that idiot Mills this:

So you said that you want to build a core that is long, athletic and plays defense, right? Then do you think it is a good move to significantly overpay for a guy that is neither long or especially athletic for his position and also does not defend particularly well?

Yeah and Mills is going to say

"Well we made an evaluation on Tim Hardaways progress as a player. We found that he worked really hard to improve his game offensively and especially defensively. We do know that he is not yet done improving, but so does the rest of the team. That is why we signed him because he is still young and I want this team to grow together."

Easy .

I look forward to the new management promising more transparency with the press, nothing changing, and the press turning on them within the first few months of the season. I don't even care about MSG's media policy, but I find the whole dance with new management and the brief honeymoon period hilarious.

There's no culture change coming. As long as the clown show FO and owner remain in power, mediocrity is staying in NY.
