Wow at Shawn Kemp.

It's said that during the lockout season he gained 40 pounds because he didn't do anything to help keep the pounds off of him or stay in shape. That was no exaggeration in the slightest.

This one is very interesting to me:

People used to talk about how mature he looked for his age when he was a rookie, but looking back he definitely looks like a kid.

i wish webber took care of his body but after he was traded from the kings he stopped caring. if post webber injury was lighter he could have been a great big man off the bench for a title team.
