Judging from the recent Denver game, it's because he constantly tries to work the refs to get the calls he wants.

Holy crap I never saw a team complain so much, led by Captain Crab.

look, when you're that big and that quick, its going to look to the naked eye that he got hit when he drives in the paint. reffs dont have instant replay.

Prince + filler for Kobe Bryant
To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

Why does Kevin durant get so many phantom calls?
Why does Chris bosh get so many phantom calls?

notice a trend? they drive and score alot of points slashing.

Because its common sense for a player that slashes alot during the games to get the calls. Kind of self explanatory, no?
