But regardless of what we think the exact order should be, is shows what the general view of Chicago is around the league and outside of Chicago itself. This affects things such as stars making their short list of where they want to be sent in deals. We should be proud we made Kuminga's list!
I appreciate your optimism on the Kuminga point, but I would say that most star wannabe's would love to come to Chicago if it meant getting paid more and getting more minutes. But you could say the same about every other team.
