Even though they've been trying to trade him for quite a while?????

AK being willing to trade Vucevic for a price no team is willing to pay is tantamount to AK not wanting to part with Vucevic.

No team wanting to give up anything of value is the issue, not AK wanting to keep Vucevic.

I was disappointed in Smith. His 3-point shooting was bad and he’s not particularly good at anything really. I guess I really don’t care that much how the center rotation will go. None of these guys will likely be a part of the future. Just placeholders.

Pretty much the story for all Bulls in recent years. On this roster, only Matas looks to me to be a meaningful part of the future, with a maybe for Coby and a we shall see for Noa.

It should be Smith, but will be Vuc until he istraded or bought out around the deadline, then it will be Collins unless Smith somehow proves to Billy he actually is better than Collins. It's flat out plain and simple NOT Essengue.

Smith is an EXCELLENT rebounder. 10th in the league. He's also a very good shot blocker. I wouldn't call him a good player yet, he makes mistakes on both sides of the ball, but he clearly has some good traits. He runs the floor very well for a C too.

As to who i think it will be, Vooch because Billy doesn't have the balls to bench him

My guess is people don't prefer Collins b/c they figure he'll not be around any longer than last season and would prefer to develop Smith. I think Collins is probably the bet option, if he stays healthy, from a pure wins & losses perspective.

I want to see Coby or Vuc on the bench, if they're both here. Of course, it won't happen, but Vuc would be a great 6th man for someone

Agree! If we want to play fast, Smith is the guy. Also, I think his 3pt shot can still improve some.

There's zero reason for this Bulls team to have Coby on the bench, zero.
