Great player does not necessarily equal great coach.

And as Pete Myers is proving, Bench player does not necessarily mean great coach.

Granted I think Rodman may be the best rebounder of all time and one of, if not the best, on ball low post big man defenders of all time, and he certainly has all the knowledge of technique and tricks that come along with that; but he brings so much extra baggage in terms of making things a circus and ultimately about him that it would be a significant distraction. Much too significant for our current head coach to handle, but I think Phil Jackson could make a successful assistant out of Rodman. But we don't have Phil and we already have big men that are so sad on the offensive end that rodman's lack of offensive insight could be possibly more detrimental towards their offesnice development.

But I do think Rodman would be a good player for Noah to develop like.

He would be a great coach - to teach them about woman's fashion.

Forget it Bulls fans - Chairman Jerry & Pax talk a good game to the media.

However, they dont mean what they say.

Look at this: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Bull horns: Chris Duhon showed signs of coming out of his shooting slump. He hit 4 of 8 shots for 9 points against the Knicks after starting the night missing 23 of his last 24 attempts.

Agreed. It would be an excellent move. For once the coach would fit the personnel on the team.
