You'll recall that I advocated it pre-Boylan. But then I was willing to give him a clean slate under Boylan unless or until he became ineffective again. He became ineffective as of the Knicks game. So I'm back to the position I was pre-Boylan.
Its sad, really. His presence, and to a lesser extent the presence of Duhon and Nocioni, is making it very hard for me to watch games without getting very angry. Not so much angry directly at Wallace. But angry that we basically appear to be trying to lose by ignoring more effective players. Much more effective.
Once a pickle, never a cucumber again.

I figured the Bulls would lose tonight, but the effort in the 3rd quarter was just pathetic.
Boylan needs to bench Duhon and Wallace and start playing the yougn guys more. Who cares if Big Ben mopes?
If they are healthy, and until/unless a trade is made, go with these guys:
Deng
Gordon
Hinrich
Smith
Thomas
Nocioni
Noah
Sefolosha
Gray
Let's see if sitting Ben Wallace and playing Thomas and Noah 25+ MPG each sparks anything. Keep Duhon's minutes WAY down -- using him for long stretches only in the case of injury or if BOTH BG and Kirk are in early foul trouble. They don't need to play Wallace to try and "showcase" him -- teams know what he can and can't do. Same thing with Duhon -- teams will either be willing to trade for them or they won't. Noah and Thomas need to see steady PT. So does Thabo.
I'm tired of this same old sh** ngiht after night.
