I can't watch

Post#1 » by Shill » Wed Jan 16, 2008 1:53 am

Until there's a sea change in philosophy, I'm going to have to be judicious about watching games.

I can stand the losing. But I can't stand losing with Ben Wallace getting 35+ minutes, and our young prospects getting scrap minutes.

It's no fun.

Be quiet, rookie. You're suspended and I'm going to lead us to two monster blowout (losses). *GONG*

This 5-minute stretch in the 4th quarter has been the most entertaining portion of the game.

I vote to suspend him for another game. On second thought...I vote to suspend myself so that I will do something more productive than watch this garbage.

Neither can I. I've lost all interest in our games. It sucks.

Thank god there's Youtube, so I can relive memory lane.

When I first read this I laughed, then a tear came to my eye. This is painful.

It was hard to watch when we were winning.. I'm not shocked that this team is unwatchable now that they're completely hideous.

Last game I watched was our 2X OT loss to Portland. It was rough but I was relieved when we pulled it out over Sacto.

Before leaving on a flight from Dallas I got a text update that we were up at halftime. I was buoyed. Then as we touched down, I got the 3rd quarter text...showing us pulling away. I breathed a sigh of relief, expecting to get a final text confirming the win.

I nearly threw my luggage across the baggage claim area as I got the final text showing we lost. Without even having watched the game, I gave up on the season right then and there.

And the sad thing is, I paid $150 for two 100 level tickets to Saturday's game vs the Pistons. I want to sell them, but it's probably too late. The person who I was going to go with doesn't even want to go now. I'll probably still go, because if there's one team this pathetic organization keeps beating, it's Detroit.

Ugh. If anyone wants to pay for a lady friend to enjoy the game next to me, holla.

Gray
Noah
Thomas
Deng
Sefolosha

I couldn't care less what we do with everyone else. Trade 'em. Cut 'em. Whatever.

Just make sure we have cap space in 2010.

and i finally break down and get league pass this year- whew. at least there's always other games to switch over to. on the bright side i do get my frustrations out for the day by letting out a few "you gotta be f***in kidding me" or "WTF was that"...my latest though is "get that piece of **** outta there"...regarding wallace of course. that with a few beers gets a lot out of the system.

If Deng, Gordon, or Noce can land us some of the top prospects from this year, then get the hell out. You win with talent, not with the right way or a bunch of #2s or #3s

we wont be able to trade into the top 5 after the season is over. we have to trick a team that think that they'll be significantly better.

memphis, miami... maybee the clippers n bobcats. either way, if you drop deng in their lineup for the next 5 months they will be better than 5 teams in the league
