It would be nice to paint this as a great turnaround, but you just can't. It's on the level of the early wins under Boylan over the Bucks and Knicks. The team simply has to start beating some good teams not only for the sake of their record, but for their own confidence, to prove to themselves they can do it.
During the game Hubie Brown mentioned that even last year the Bulls record vs +.500 teams was very mediocre (16-18 I believe but don't quote me). In our better days, we were always able to hang with good teams, but finishing them off at the end is a big problem. Because good teams are not going to beat themselves. You have to step your game up to clinch those wins, and the Bulls have struggled to even maintain their average level of play in crunch time. As long as Wallace plays the last 2 minutes, regardless of his play to that point in a game, I'm not sure such a change is even within the realm of possibility in that area.
