Jae Crowder just had 22 points against the Pelicans. I always thought he was a better player than he seemed to be in Dallas. It'd be great to get him as a backup/spot starter, but with Green gone will Ainge trade him?

Probably not because he's cheap... but then again, for a protected first (where teams are overrating first rounders)...
Crowder looked good. He reminds me a lot of Demarre Carroll in his game - which is a complement - Carroll is a perfectly serviceable all-around SF.

I don't care if we fix the wing depth in exactly the way or player I wish, but we must try to fix it in *some way*. Because if it is the cause of Butler falling away from being a star performer, we are simply kicking our chances in the teeth.
