It's interesting how you can fill needs when you have no concern for money. I've never seen a team that started the off season below the cap and finished over the LT.

With Gilbert, Lebron and the history behind those two, i am not overly surprised. Anyone else, i would be. Here, it's to be expected, especially after doing the deal for Love.

I certainly didn't expect it. You can only add so much in every deal. It takes a lot to add 20 million dollars in salary after you're capped out.

The Varejao injury actually forced their hand a lot as well as the Waiters issue that they couldnt resolve.

So many Bulls fans think anyone the Bulls have is amazing and they don't need to add anyone. It's hilarious. Either they don't watch NBA games or they're just so into the Bulls they don't know better. Or they're John Paxson.

I remember hearing the same things about Perkins that we did of the guys that Miami would pick up during their title runs - and that worked out pretty well for them.
