Okaaaaaaaay

What I was referring to specifically was the Rose/Brooks dynamic, offensively. Of course when you move Brooks to the starting lineup and Hinrich has to play more, the team is going to be much worse. I wasn't trying to make that claim.

Jimmy has to play a lot better if we are going to play even .500 basketball the rest of the season

That isn't the problem at all right now. The problem is Mike is slow. When we had Tony out there in the first, he was actually quick enough to get the shot off. Games like this you would like to see MCD get some minutes. Someone who has a quicker shot. But I think if I learned anything from this game that is acceptance. Acceptance that Thibs will just ride the vets, whether they are shooting well or not. He is not the coach that rides the hot hand AT ALL.

He said he doesn't expect any drop off from Brooks playing with the starters, vs when was Rose. That's idiotic. So, okaaaaaay.

All the Thibs haters gonna get their wish... just be careful what you wish for kids.

Don't know about all that

People are gonna see that with all the injuries and bad luck Thibs has dealt with, he has been a freaking miracle worker here. He's been the one carrying this franchise the past two seasons.. Even this year, we are 15 games over .500 with Rose playing below average and Noah playing below average.

Yes, no doubt Thibs performed miracles the last 2 seasons with subpar talent. However, he has no idea how to use a surplus of talent, especially if it's moderately young. He is not the coach to lead this team, not if he's too stubborn to play the young guns.

They wait until garbage time to hustle down the floor for transition buckets?

I just want to see how long this mourning period lasts for. We lost like 4 games in a row last year before getting over it.

I hope we don't take that long to snap out of it.
