I keep reading this thread, and seeing, "Rose's replacement" for some reason. Yeah, as a backup he'd be bad ass.
If we assume there's a big risk of Rose missing more time in the next season, it's more like a backup with an option to start is a non-trivial number of games.
Yeah, he wouldn't be too bad. If it means no Kirk, he's already improved this team by leaps and bounds.
