I thought there was a small chance that even if they get the worst record they can end up with a high pick even though chances are slim....but even 4th pick would be hilarious...I don't see a 4th pick changing things around like stuff Phil is talkin out his ass with

If NY picks 4th, just snag Hejzonja and sell him as Euro Kobe of the East.
