Let's not forget that we have 2 holes to fill in SG and PF and there are still starter quality players and in some cases all-stars available to fill these spots still.

We could load the bench and go back to hard nosed Bulls basketball.....or we could wait until 8:00 p.m. tomorrow. Either way we are still OK as long as the triumvirus does not happen in Miami.

Btw, I was always concerned with D-Wade; he is too slick and too fickle to be trusted.

Thank you, finally someone with a brain talks right here.

The most disturbing part of this report was that, according to Broussard, we're now behind the Knicks in the race for Lebron. I don't understand how that happened.

As for Wade and Bosh, it stings. I"m not going to lie. I told myself that I wouldn't get wrapped up in the hype, but I did.

We would have still been waiting on Bosh & Lebron regardless of what Wade did. He didn't slow them down from doing anything.

I really think it did, because form the start i think the FO had the same idea as us that Bosh would join Wade in Miami and we were gonna be left with one of the two Forwards and then go to Lebron it turns out that after Friday the all scenario changed, the FO got the illusion that they could pair Wade and Bosh in Chicago so they kind of left Boozer and Lee mind. There´s no doubt in my mind that if Wade didnt fooled us by now we would have Boozer or Lee under contract.

Rose is a top 5 PG, Deng is a top 10 SF, and Noah is a top 7 Center. (All of whom are young and will get better)

If we can add a sharpshooter in Allen, a top 10 PF in Boozer, and some decent role players, we should be fine.

Only way Allen leaves here over staying in Boston is if he gets massively overpaid.

You're right. That's the way things have gone this off-season: people being overpaid. However, I think this is our best option at the 2. The next guy I'd go after is Mike Miller.

we the biggest losers of this 'sweepstakes'. Knicks at least got Amare.

Honestly - they swapped lee for Amare. They improvd, but I don't know by how much.

While I continue to believe Miami will be Lebron's destination, I am now convinced that Lebron isn't coming to the Bulls no matter what. The key was where Bosh ended up. Had the Bulls received a commitment from Bosh, Lebron would have been tempted to join the Bulls. Not now.

If LeBron James goes to Miami, it will cause me to do something I never, ever thought I could do -- root for Kobe Bryant and the Lakers.

eh lets just wait till thursday. we already have been waiting for so long.
and this Wade&Bosh to Miami is not out of the blue. I pretty much expected this to happen.
Just lock up Boozer and then call Lebron.

The market price for Lee and Boozer is about to go way up. I'm not sure the Bulls will be willing to offer either one of these guys a max contract.

Honestly, if the Bulls don't sign Boozer or D.Lee today than LBJ has to go to the Knicks. It sucks to admit it but the Knicks have a better core than the Bulls right now for LBJ. They got Amare, they got shooters, they don't have someone who needs the ball and they got money next summer.

You can't blame the FO for anything that happened. They did what they could, its not like the FO pushed these guys away. They made decisions to go somewhere else.

You don't think that 2 of the top 3 players in the game and a top 15 player (the biggest three free agents out there) joining the same team to try and be a dynasty, would warrant some hoopla?

Not saying it will happen. I don't think it will, but Wade, Bosh, and Bron together would be kinda gigantic...

I think the whole NBA would be demoralized if that were to happen.

Well, if we sign Boozer or Lee, I have to think we make LeBron at least think twice before going back to Cleveland to "win"

The thing about signing Boozer is we'd have to overpay for him to get his services. And Reinsdorf has already said that he won't give him the max. We might be outbid by the Nets.

Ideally, we'd like to sign Boozer for about 13.2 M starting salary so we have enough cap for max for LeBron. But I have a feeling that some team is going to sign him for more than that.
