It also helps that the bulls seem to have the wizards and raptors number. The wizards are just good bum slayers to me feasting on lower teams.
how are you clearly superior and how do you have our number when we beat you guys last year? You have our number because of one game this year?
Yeah, you beat us when we had no Gasol, Mirotic, Rose, MIP/MVP/DPOTY candidate Jimmy Butler, and no healthy Noah.
As for you saying the Bulls are playing playoff basketball...If we were playing playoff basketball and working hard every game we wouldn't have just lost to the Jazz by 20 at home.

Rerisen wrote:Gortat knows this isn't your grandpa's Bulls:Wizards’ Marcin Gortat pointed to Washington’s struggles defending the pick-and-roll in the last matchup as something that needs to improve in Friday’s meeting. Gasol, new to the Bulls this year, is a bigger challenge for the Wizards than Carlos Boozer was last season, Gortat said. Gasol is averaging 18.1 points and 11.1 rebounds per game this season.
“With all respect for Carlos Boozer, he’s a much, much better player than Carlos Boozer,” Gortat said of Gasol. “… Carlos Boozer was a different story guarding Nene, let’s be honest. Pau Gasol is a much better defender, a much, much better defender.”

That's right, Marcin, you only won last year's playoff series when Boozer was on the floor. When he was off, we outscored you. And now the albatross is not only gone, but we have a much better improvement in his place.

Jesus, the guy was supposed to be able to come back in the game the same night at first. Now he still can't run a week later? He's falling apart. But well, 34 year olds can take a lot longer to heal than younger guys.
We need more wing depth, badly.

Smoked? Do you even remember that series?
The only game that wasn't decided in the 4th quarter, or OT in that series, was game 1 - the game Chicago won. The other 4 games were decided in the 4th quarter or OT. Asik also got injured in game 3. Miami got to the free throw line when they needed to - Asik could of helped prevent that. They were outplayed in the closing moments, but definitely not smoked. A few calls the Bulls way, or a few bounces our way, and that whole series could of been different.
Ready for this game tonight. Rose has clearly been pacing himself, but John Wall is going to bring out an aggressive Rose. I'm going to the Bucks game tomorrow night though, so hopefully he's got enough left to play tomorrow night.

Arron Afflalo is next while GarPax sit on their asses.
