That's arguably unhealthy if it's actually a measured number. You are now potentially dipping below essential fats. I tend to believe people just throw around random numbers though and most have no idea what they are talking about.

No way he's that low, the lowest bf% of an NBA player is prob 8%. Rose is prob 10-12% right now

That's absurd. I'm 12 percent and nowhere near Rose.
:o LeBron is 0-7 in game winning/tying FGs in the finals. And is 20/116 or 17% in game winning/tying FGs in the 4th/OT for his career. That's historically bad :o

Or maybe your bf% isn't as low as you think. I'm 15% and I have a similar physique to Rose so I doubt he's lower than 10%

This is pretty much accurate, that's why I say dudes like Melo, Jabari Parker and Sullinger are close to 20% or even above. I can't even imagine what Eddy Curry's bf% would be.

People are so hyped up on DRose right now that they are going to war over his body fat percentage. That's real love if I ever saw it!

I'm thinking at least 30%. Speaking of Eddy I wonder what he's doing now a days.

How so? You're acting like 12% is fat. 12% is still abs and veins popping out. Now 8.5% at 210 pounds seems really hard to maintain throughout the course of the season, don't you think? Especially for a guy, who is known to have a massive sweet tooth

But enough talk about bf%, I think by the end of the season he takes his spot as best PG again. If his defense ends up as good as it looks in those vids then he could possibly be the MVP.

According to the image, I would be somewhere in the 10-12% range. I find it hard to believe that I have 15-18lbs of fat, though.

He was 4.6% coming out of college at the combine. This shouldn't be surprising considering his job requires him to workout everyday, sometimes multiple times per day, and on top of all that, he's one of the best athletes in the league.

You have to take into account that the guys in the picture up to 25% are clearly lifting weights and the three guys up to 12% are lifting heavily.

Nik Stauskas was measured at 12% bf, but he definitely doesn't look like Mr. 12%, because he's not lifting weights like Mr. 12% is.

Derrick's not going to look like Mr. 3-4%, because he's not lifting weights like a bodybuilder does, but he's 4.5% nevertheless. A malnourished Ethiopian at 2% body fat is not going to look like Mr. 3-4%.
