How would the Bulls with Boozer be that much better than the Jazz with Boozer? They'd probably only be slightly better.

WOW :banghead:

Besides Williams who does Utah have? Okur is not better than Noah.

Deng at SF is better than AK47 or Miles for them

Rose and Williams IMO even impact wise

We also have money to fill out the roster and like a poster above said look at what Utah has done in the west, east is much weaker.

Utah has never had a trio of Rose, Noah and Deng to surround Boozer.

You would need to do 2 sign and trades for both of them to get the 6th year on their contracts. and at 28 years old you can be sure Wade would want it.

For those saying Chi can S&T for 1 and sign other outright: forget it. Neither Bosh nor Wade is taking less than 6 yr, $120m. Nor wd you. less than a minute ago via web

The point is that the Bulls don't have to include/trade Deng to get the deal done.

If this is true about Wade then there is no way that these guys come here. That said, this is almost definitely him speculating as opposed to anything he has heard from sources. I see no way that Riley gives in to Wade to come to Chi and become essentially a superteam.

I don't see what the big deal is on the 6th year. They say its 20 or 30 million more but its not really that much when you say its 5 years vs 6 years. So the 6TH year re-sign them. Plus most of them going to opt out before the 4 or 5 year any way to get a longer contract

I don't think that applies to both of them. For Wade the main point for him is being closer to his kids and then basketball.

As for Bosh it defiently appears that he wants a S & T since he wants the extra 30 mil.

I'd be happy with signing Lee IF we get LeBron or Wade. Definetly wouldn't mind getting both LeBron and Wade but I feel that is highly unlikely.

I cant imagine Wade leaving $30M on the table. I also can't imagine Miami-Chicago orchestrating a S/T. In my gut I don't envision him coming here.

if wade leaves, I could see Riles trading Wade to get an extra pick, plus a big trade exemption. Then he can use that at the deadline to bring guys in. I could see Arenas going there after he fill his roster.

Or Riles just get so pissed he tells Dwade to go blank himself.

The choice isn't Wades to get that 6th year like Bucher states, it is the clubs decision. Ric is a moron.

It's not that simple. Why does everybody (media included) try to make it that simple?

Having failed at one attempt with a Wade rally, the Heat hits the road on Tuesday to try to get it right a second time. http://bit.ly/bsyXxr 2 minutes ago via web

In the end it really is that simple. People can talk all that want about winning, family, etc but to me the most telling variable is the $30M being left on the table.

Didn't Amare just get signed without a sign and trade, leaving potential money on the table? I know it's slightly different as he had no offer from his home team but I think Bosh is young enough where he won't be loosing the 30 million as he will get another contract when this next contract is up.

I agree. If someone poured 30M on the table, no way would anyone here turn that down. Even if you had 30M in the bank.

I also don't understand either. If it were that simple wouldn't he have already re-signed by now, with the Heat being more than happy to give him that 6 year max deal? Are the Heat just not willing to commit like that yet, thus the hold up and all the drama?
