Thibs said there's still a lot of room for improvement. Can't impress the coach!

You are talking about Rose the waitress down at the Waffle House, right?

How so? You're acting like 12% is fat. 12% is still abs and veins popping out. Now 8.5% at 210 pounds seems really hard to maintain throughout the course of the season, don't you think? Especially for a guy, who is known to have a massive sweet tooth

You have to take into account that the guys in the picture up to 25% are clearly lifting weights and the three guys up to 12% are lifting heavily.

Nik Stauskas was measured at 12% bf, but he definitely doesn't look like Mr. 12%, because he's not lifting weights like Mr. 12% is.

Derrick's not going to look like Mr. 3-4%, because he's not lifting weights like a bodybuilder does, but he's 4.5% nevertheless. A malnourished Ethiopian at 2% body fat is not going to look like Mr. 3-4%.

Rose is 210 lbs, he clearly has to be lifting or doing some type of activity to keep that physique. Also Stauskas is probably not even really 12% either. Also you're providing extreme examples with the Ethiopian, of course they aren't going to look like that, they would be pencil thin instead.

Lebron made it to the finals with that cleveland team.

Bird would have won 4 rings with that team, in this weak ass era of basketball.

He's a pretty terrible comparison to use in your favor... the dude is lean. Are we to believe that Rose is 4.5% if that's 12%? Muscle mass needs fat to produce hormones... hell, normal bodily function requires the production of hormones. This is not only an issue of if he can get 4.5%... it's an issue of basic health and functionality.

Blue Team

C Anthony Davis, Plumlee
PF George, Faried
SF Hayward, Derozen
SG Curry, Korver
PG Rose, Wall

White Team

C Cousins, Drummand
PF KD, millsap
SF Harden, parsons
SG Klay, Beal
PG Lillard, kyrie

Assuming the teams play small, the white team seems superior to me.

Who thought it was a good idea to put 2 of the best 3pt shooters in the NBA on the same team ?

Agree. Should be somewhere around 6-8% bodyfat.

Anyway Australia is awesome. Went there for 3 weeks. Favourite country.
