Jeez, the Bulls' management are anxiety junkies. Is it all going to boil down to whether they might be willing to *slightly* overpay for what they want, or wait till the last second to see if they can get what they want by *slightly* underpaying?

Or something like that...

i certainly hope that the "asset" is not a first round pick. that would take the cake.
