Probably Reinsdorf getting all offended if he perceives arrogant demands from the Lebron camp. Concluding wrongly that Lebron needs the Bulls more than the Bulls need Lebron. It may sound antithetical to the religion of making money, but I can see Reinsdorf (and co.) looking ironically like the real arrogant ones compared to other ownership and other team brass, who will probably do a more agreeable process in front of Lebron. Like, I bet Reinsdorf plays hardball, and Lebron probably doesn't want to see that Bulls front office ego crap.

Kobe was impressed enough by Jerry and Pax's pitch to have almost decided to leave the Lakers... Seems good enough to me...

At the end of this free agency we'll know what is most important for Mt. James. Loyalty, winning, or money.

LOL yeah because NY is the only other team that can offer two max contracts.

Bosh,Gallo,Chandler>>>>>>>Rose,Deng,Noah and it is not even close.

The latest news are great for NY. Not only does this most likely offset Cleveland's money advantage it also puts the Knicks ahead of the Bulls not only in terms of possible team strengths but also from a money perspective. At this point (if this news are true and we are talking millions here) then Lebron would be (Please Use More Appropriate Word) to join any other team but the Knicks. Who in his right mind would decline the possibility to play in his favorite city, in what he calls "the mecca" of basketball, in the largest market (most attention), in the best possible basketball situation and on top of that the opportunity to make the most money? Now it's all up to Lebron, NY set themselves up in a position where they beat the other suitors by a mile--at this point it isn't even close anymore IMO.

Bosh signed with New York? I must have missed that. Bosh signed with New York?

Tyson Chandler signed with New York?? I thought he was in Charlotte?

Also I really hate Gallo wine. And it is from California? Why would LeBron want Gallo wine, and what does that have to do with the Knicks.

Also I would put Boston, LA and CHicago ahead of New York in terms of basketball meccas. Lat time I checked the C's have about a dozen titles and the Lakers and the Bulls each have more than 5. How man does the Knicks have? 1, 2. I guess if LeBron dricks enough Gallo he won't remember?

First off , it means absolutely nothing where you'd put Boston, LA and Chicago. "The mecca of basketball" was a direct quote from Lebron James. Maybe you can write him an email or postcard where you can explain your point of view LOL but I'm sure he doesn't give a **** about it.

As for Bosh, he is an example for a second max FA, you know, a situation New York can offer but Chicago can't.

As for Tyson Chandler---well you seemingly do not know much about the NBA (no surprise here) but I was talking about Wilson Chandler, not Tyson Chandler.

Dude, I hope you know he's being sarcastic.... And there's no way Chris Bosh's ego will leave a 6th year of money on the table to go to a team in his division, where he'll get hounded by the angry Raps fans several times a year (see Vince Carter). He's sign and trade.

I heard he went to a really bad team that couldn't win more that 32 games. I lost track after that. I figured the team must have been in the NBDL. Sounds like I was right.

Just want to point out that Bosh + a bunch of offense first, no defense playing shooters (that is to say, guys like Gallo and Chandler) finished one game behind Rose, Deng and Noah in the standings despite the fact that Rose, Deng and Noah missed a lot of games. When healthy, Rose, Deng and Noah >>> Bosh, scrubGallo, scrubChandler.

ROFLMAO. This made me wonder if it is even worth replying. Chandler is easily a better defender than Deng and Rose combined and Gallinari is an above average defender.
Now if Rose,Deng and Noah could figure out a way to hit a jumpshot then Lebron might have considered joining the team.

Not a clever post when you're visiting another team's forum. Consider yourself warned.

82games.com
basketballreference.com

I suggest you go visit those places and find out how incredibly overrated Wilson Chandler is in your own mind.

As for Euro Matt Bullard - I'm sure Lebron can't wait to play with the glorified Jason Kapono.

LOL Wilson Chandler is better than Deng and you guys will see the upcoming season. I don't need to look at stats--I watch the games. Chandler is the much better athlete, the much better slasher and his midrange game improved to the point where he can be considered automatic.

As for Deng--I don't even know if Lebron would seriously think: If I go to Chicago I could play with Deng--because ,most of the time, Deng is injured sitting in uniform. That aside Deng is the type of player that dissapears once the going gets tough. He's one of the softest players in the league.

As for Gallo--yeah I Lebron has any brains he'll love the opportunity to play with a 6'11 shooter--essentially the best 6'11 shooter after Dirk.

I guess in your case, ignorance is bliss.

I'd take that guy over the part time amateur player named Luol Donk any day of the week. Actually when Bulls fans write about their supporting cast they should only list Rose and Noah because missing 70% of the season does not qualify you being a supporting cast to anybody , let alone Lebron James.

Return to Chicago Bulls
