The point is that criticizing an athlete for having different sexual practices than you is egregious. Sex is a private matter and the things that can be done are graphic and not a reflection of someone's character. Why is he a bad person for having group sex? Let's just step back for a second. It's well acknowledged that numerous NBA stars basically grab whatever woman/groupie is around postgame and have sex. Harden, Howard, Kobe, Wade, off the top of my head. That in general is viewed with a minor headshake and a "well that's how they are."

Now I haven't seen Rose discussed in that way. Instead, he seems to like fewer girls but group sex. Is that really any more "disgusting" or "disturbing" or "immoral" than sleeping with tens to hundreds of different women on a near daily-basis? Is that any "weirder" than Doug Christie's or AC Green's habits when they were pros?

Behaviour between consenting adults is and should be meaningless. The only issue here IMO is the consent issue.
